Background
Before establishing his executive coaching practice in Germany in 2003, Boris served as managing director of an international business consulting boutique and managing partner of a company specializing in cross-cultural services, both in Japan. Boris previously served as general manager and EVP of a digital business in the United States. He started his career in foreign trade in Germany.
Education & Credentials
Boris holds a Master of Science (MSc) in International Strategy and Diplomacy from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Georgia Southern University. He attended continuing education programs in Leadership & Innovation at Stanford University and in Managing Stress & Building Resilience at Harvard University. In addition, he studied Authentic Leadership at Ashridge Business School. Boris has been trained at some of the leading coaching schools in the US and UK.
