What this website does with a note you send, and what it does not do. It is short because the site is small: one form, no cookies, and nothing that follows you anywhere.

When you send a note
The form asks for your name and a work email, and optionally your role and organization. It asks what you would like to work on, which language you would like the reply in, whether you prefer one of the three coaches, and how you first heard about us.
Your note goes by email to the coach you named, with the shared inbox in copy. If you name no coach it goes to the shared inbox. Nobody else receives it.
The email is sent by Resend, our mail processor. We keep no copy of your note; our mail processor retains delivery records for a limited period.
What this site stores
One row for each note that arrives. The row holds the date, the language you asked for, the coach you preferred, how you heard about us, and whether the email went out.
It does not hold your name, your email address or your note. Those columns do not exist in the table, so nothing can write them there later.
Counting visits
The site counts page views and a few moments in between, such as reaching the form. Each count carries the page path, what happened, the site you came from if you came from one, your browser's language, a rough window size, and whether you are on a phone or a larger screen.
It does not keep your IP address, your browser's user agent string, or any identifier that survives the day. Requests from crawlers are counted nowhere.
Cookies and storage
This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Where the site runs
The website and the form are hosted by Cloudflare. The pages load nothing from anywhere else: the fonts, the images and the scripts are all served from this site.

Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to how it is used. Write to info@perspectiveswork.com and a coach will answer you personally.
