About this service

Executive presence is how you communicate, how you show up and how others experience your leadership. It is hard to pin down, and it is powerful: the quality that sets highly effective leaders apart. Presence is more than looking the part. It is a conscious, authentic approach carried into every interaction, whether you are addressing a room of colleagues, leading a team or engaging with stakeholders.

Our Executive Presence for Leaders coaching is designed to help you develop this essential quality in a way that has an effect and stays true to who you are.

What Executive Presence Means

Executive presence combines confidence, credibility and connection. Leaders with presence are capable and skilled, and beyond that they carry a natural authority that inspires trust, respect and a sense of shared purpose. Presence is often the difference between being heard and being followed, between influencing opinions and inspiring action.

Presence comes from learning to communicate your own strengths and values so that they land with others. It does not come from copying someone else’s style.

Why Developing Executive Presence Consciously and Authentically Matters

Executive presence is not a skill to be left to chance. Working on it consciously strengthens your impact as a leader and helps those around you believe in your vision and direction. Presence only works if it is authentic. When you align how you present yourself with who you genuinely are, trust, respect and connection grow.

Presence is who a leader is, consciously refined and expressed. It is more than a skill. With Executive Presence for Leaders coaching, you build a presence that is both commanding and genuine, so that you can lead with integrity and inspire those around you.

Focus

Our coaching will guide you to:

  1. Identifying and refining your leadership style

Together we uncover the qualities that make you a unique leader and refine how you express them, creating a consistent and compelling presence.

  2. Strengthening how you communicate

Executive presence is as much about listening and responding as it is about speaking with authority. We work on techniques that help you communicate clearly, confidently and with empathy.

  3. Managing how you are perceived

Your presence is shaped by how others perceive you. We help you understand the signals you are sending and how to align them with your values and intentions, so that people experience the real you.

  4. Handling high-stakes moments

The way you handle high-stakes moments says a lot about your leadership. You learn to stay grounded, convey confidence and respond effectively in tough situations, demonstrating poise under pressure.

The engagement

Our coaching process

Here is what you can expect, step by step.

  1. Chemistry Meeting

In this first meeting we establish a strong connection and clear alignment. We explore your goals, discuss what success looks like for you and make sure we are a good fit for the work ahead. This foundation sets the stage for work that has an effect.

  2. Personality Assessment

Using a trusted assessment, we look closely at your strengths, your growth areas and your natural tendencies. These insights give you a deeper understanding of your own leadership style, and help us identify the specific areas that will support your growth and resilience.

  3. Stakeholder Interviews

We collect feedback from the people who work closely with you: your colleagues, direct reports and supervisors. These insights give a rounded view of how others perceive your impact, which helps us pinpoint the key areas for development and for alignment with organizational goals.

  4. Development Plan

Together we design a personal development plan with concrete steps, timelines and measurable goals. The plan keeps you focused and makes sure each step aligns with your professional goals and your organization’s priorities.

The three steps that follow
  1. Ongoing Coaching Sessions

Our regular sessions give you the support, accountability and feedback needed to address challenges and refine your strategies. This is where the real change happens, as we translate insights into steps you can act on that make a lasting difference.

  2. Process Review

Midway through, we pause to review your progress. This is a chance to recognize what has been achieved, work through any obstacles and make sure your development plan is still aligned with your goals. We adjust as needed to keep you moving forward with confidence.

  3. The Path Forward

As the formal coaching concludes, we outline a clear plan for continuing your growth and applying your insights on your own. This path forward equips you to sustain and build on your progress long after our sessions end.

Who is executive presence coaching for?

A leader whose work is sound and whose presence in the room does not yet carry it: the coaching works on leading with authenticity and impact.

How does executive presence coaching start?

With a chemistry meeting, so that you and the coach can see whether the match is right. A short note through the form on this page is the first step.

Who is executive coaching for?

CEOs and senior leaders, and their teams. Each of the three coaches held senior operating roles before coaching, so the conversation is with someone who has sat where you sit.

Is executive coaching confidential?

Yes. All coaching conversations are completely confidential. Information is shared only with explicit written consent, and written agreements protect your privacy and intellectual property. The one exception is a legal obligation to report an immediate risk of harm.

Are the coaches certified?
