What it gives a leader

  1. Whole-person view for authentic leadership

Lumina Spark shows a leader’s behavior through three lenses: the underlying persona, meaning core values and motivations; the everyday persona, the typical, observable behaviors; and the overextended persona, the traits that show under stress or pressure.

  2. Enhanced self-awareness and adaptability

The assessment generates a unique profile for each leader, showing their strengths, their blind spots and their potential areas for growth.

  3. Improved interpersonal skills and communication

Lumina Spark measures traits rather than sorting people into types, which encourages a leader to see themselves as a complex, adaptable individual who can engage diverse perspectives.

  4. Guidance on managing stress and avoiding burnout

The overextended view helps a leader recognize when a strength is overused under stress and turns into a weakness, as when confidence becomes overconfidence.

  5. Building a pathway for targeted development

The insights guide a leader in creating a targeted growth plan, one that addresses the areas where they seek improvement while building on their core strengths.

Lumina Spark lets a leader deepen their self-awareness, improve their adaptability and refine their interpersonal skills: the qualities that drive success and inspire a team, and the reason it is a critical asset for leadership development.
