Focus

What We Focus On

Our coaching is personalized to your strengths, challenges and organizational context. It gives you tools to increase your impact:

  1. Refining how you influence

Leading effectively means understanding the complex power dynamics within your organization. We work together to refine your influencing skills: how to gain support, navigate authority structures and drive initiatives forward, even in challenging environments.

  2. Building relationships across the organization

Influence grows through relationships. Our coaching helps you create and nurture high-value connections across functions and levels, so that you have a broad network of support to champion your ideas and initiatives. These relationships also let you gain insights, build trust and foster a collaborative culture that aligns with your goals.

  3. Strengthening self-awareness and emotional intelligence

Great leaders lead from within. We focus on increasing your self-awareness and emotional intelligence, helping you understand how your actions, words and decisions affect others. By leading with empathy and insight, you build deeper, more authentic connections with your team and colleagues.

  4. Motivating your team

Leadership is about enabling others. You learn strategies to motivate your team, foster a culture of accountability and create an environment that encourages innovation and growth, so that your team can reach new levels of success.

  5. Navigating organizational dynamics

Effective leaders understand the nuances of their organization. We help you map and navigate the formal and informal structures of influence within your company, so that you can drive strategic initiatives that align with both organizational goals and your vision.

  6. Developing a strategic mindset and vision

Being proactive is key to impactful leadership. Together we build a forward-looking, strategic perspective that lets you anticipate challenges, seize opportunities and make well-informed decisions that benefit your team and organization.

  7. Cultivating presence and communication

How you show up matters. We work on cultivating an authentic executive presence and refining your communication skills, so that you inspire, influence and lead with confidence in every interaction.

How an executive coaching engagement works, step by step

The engagement

Our coaching process

Here is what you can expect, step by step.

  1. Chemistry Meeting

In this first meeting we establish a strong connection and clear alignment. We explore your goals, discuss what success looks like for you and make sure we are a good fit for the work ahead. This foundation sets the stage for work that has an effect.

  2. Personality Assessment

Using a trusted assessment, we look closely at your strengths, your growth areas and your natural tendencies. These insights give you a deeper understanding of your own leadership style, and help us identify the specific areas that will support your growth and resilience.

  3. Stakeholder Interviews

We collect feedback from the people who work closely with you: your colleagues, direct reports and supervisors. These insights give a rounded view of how others perceive your impact, which helps us pinpoint the key areas for development and for alignment with organizational goals.

  4. Development Plan

Together we design a personal development plan with concrete steps, timelines and measurable goals. The plan keeps you focused and makes sure each step aligns with your professional goals and your organization’s priorities.

The three steps that follow
  1. Ongoing Coaching Sessions

Our regular sessions give you the support, accountability and feedback needed to address challenges and refine your strategies. This is where the real change happens, as we translate insights into steps you can act on that make a lasting difference.

  2. Process Review

Midway through, we pause to review your progress. This is a chance to recognize what has been achieved, work through any obstacles and make sure your development plan is still aligned with your goals. We adjust as needed to keep you moving forward with confidence.

  3. The Path Forward

As the formal coaching concludes, we outline a clear plan for continuing your growth and applying your insights on your own. This path forward equips you to sustain and build on your progress long after our sessions end.
