Who are the coaches at Perspectives Work?
Three senior partners: Anna Maria Casas Rudbeck for North America, Boris Carl for Europe and Ricardo Matamala for Latin America. Each held senior operating roles before coaching.
What do the three coaches have in common?
Over three decades of experience each, senior roles run before they coached, and the standards of the International Coach Federation. Two of them were among the first executive coaches in Germany.
